weVENTURE Women’s Business Center (WBC) offers a range of high-quality programs to support entrepreneurs and professional women. Our Women’s Business Center program provides no-cost, one-on-one consultations, plus low- and no-cost business education webinars and seminars. We offer a suite of other fee-for-service programs that provide more intensive, wrap-around support for entrepreneurs in Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. While we are a women’s business center, services are open to ALL entrepreneurs, regardless of gender, and each year over 25% of our clients are men or family partnerships.

Access FREE one-on-one business coaching, plus low- and no-cost education and networking opportunities across Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.

Coaching is confidential and customized to meet your specific business goals. Business educational seminars and webinars are available to all entrepreneurs. Registration is required.

IGNITE 360® provides customized, wrap-around mentoring designed to help business owners solve critical challenges and advance to sustainable growth. The program includes customized mentorship options ranging from 3 months to 9 months and engaging 1-5 mentors, or cohort based programs for entrepreneurs who benefit from shared learning opportunities and group accountability.

A cohort-based leadership development experience grounded in ATHENA International’s Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership™, designed to build confidence, clarity of purpose, and stronger leadership skills. Individuals may register or companies can sponsor employees as part of professional development.

Micro-grants (up to $15,000) supporting growth and sustainability for for-profit weVENTURE WBC clients in Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. Funded in part by League of Extraordinary Investors donations, IMPACT Grants address the persistent barrier of access to capital for women entrepreneurs.

Peer Groups help CEOs and executives do what they do best—better—through cohort learning built around accountability and measurable growth. Groups include both group sessions and 1:1 coaching sessions to provide continuity and follow-through.

Through a partnership with the Association of Women’s Business Centers and Verizon, clients can access a full library of expert-led courses (live and recorded). Completing courses can make businesses eligible for Verizon grant opportunities, and participation can also unlock support for weVENTURE’s free coaching and education programs.

Access the Digital Readiness Platform

Lean In Circles offer a safe, supportive space to share challenges, exchange advice, and celebrate wins. Circles typically meet monthly, in person or virtually, and the program is free and volunteer-led; weVENTURE serves as a local network hub to help connect participants.

Connect your business to Florida Tech resources—such as library-supported market research tools, the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, and the Center for Organizational Effectiveness—to support learning, talent, and business initiatives.

View University Resources

A City of Cocoa small business development initiative structured as a forgivable loan program awarded after completing business coaching and training through weVENTURE. Loans are available up to $10,000 (City of Cocoa) or $15,000 (Diamond Square area) for businesses looking to expand in or move into the City of Cocoa and Diamond Square District, respectively.

weVENTURE WBC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Because this program is federally funded, we do not discriminate based on race or gender and our programs are available to all entrepreneurs. While we market to women, our services are open to all entrepreneurs in our service area. In fact, each year about 20% of our clients are men or family partnerships.
