Women Who Rock 2026
Our signature award event is hosted in Brevard every March, in honor of Women’s History Month. This beloved community event will take place Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, at the Hilton Rialto and we anticipate another sell-out crowd of 400+ attendees. New in 2026, the main award event will be in the afternoon from 3:30-5pm and will end with a networking reception from 5pm –6pm.
Sponsors are also invited to a VIP reception usually held a week or so before the main event, for the honorees to network and connect in more intimate setting.
- $5,000 Presenting Sponsorship Logo included on all event promotional materials leading up to the event, “The 2026 Women Who Rock Awards Presented by YOUR COMPANY” as well as the opportunity to deliver opening welcome remarks, help present winners with the awards and pose for photo with each winner. Business logo is also incorporated into the banner used as stage background, providing visibility throughout the event and in all photos of speakers and winners. 8 tickets for staff or clients to attend as well as a full-page ad in the program.
- Award Category Sponsor $2,500: Business will be recognized in sales promotions leading up to the event as an event sponsor and a company representative will have a speaking opportunity at the event to introduce one of the award categories. Sponsorship includes 8 tickets for staff or clients to attend as well as a full-page ad in the printed program. Limited number available, please inquire.
- Program Sponsor $2,500: Business will be featured on the back cover of the official event program, and staff or team members have the opportunity to help greet guests and hand out the programs as guests arrive. Sponsorship includes 8 tickets for staff or clients to attend as well as a full-page ad in the program.
- Event Sponsorships: Businesses who sponsor the event at the below levels receive tickets and marketing benefits, ads in the printed program, as well as verbal recognition from the podium and inclusion in the slide presentation.
- $500 - 4 tickets and quarter-page ad
- $250 – 2 tickets and business card size ad
- Reception Sponsorships: The following reception sponsor levels receive tickets and marketing benefits to the award program, an ad in the printed program, verbal recognition from the podium, inclusion in the slide presentation, as well as unique branded signage incorporated into these activations at the reception.
- Reception Presenting Sponsor: $3,500 (8 tickets, full-page ad)
- Photo Op Sponsorships: Multiple available. $2,500 exclusive branding, $1,000 shared branding on unique and beautiful photo step and repeat banners.
- Signature Drink (cocktail/mocktail option): $1,500 (two available) (6 tickets, half-page ad) Everyone will be toasting your company as they enjoy complimentary cocktail/mocktail during the reception.
- Champagne Sponsor: $1,500 (6 tickets, half-page ad)
- Lite Bite Sponsor: $1,500 (6 tickets, half-page ad)
In-Kind Donations: Donations of products and services from sponsors and community supporters valued at $50 or more will be used in fun and engaging signature raffles and prizes. All in-kind donors will be listed in the program, as well as receive verbal recognition from the podium and inclusion in the slide presentation. Small gift packages or certificates are ideal; have fun with this unique marketing opportunity!
