Our signature award event is hosted every March, in honor of Women’s History Month. This beloved community event will take place Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, at the Hilton Rialto. New in 2026, the main award event will be in the afternoon from 4:30pm-5:30pm and will end with a networking reception from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Doors open at 4:00pm for networking.

Sponsors help keep this beloved community event affordable and accessible to the entire community and support the mission of weVENTURE WBC to elevate the profile of leaders in our community. Sponsorships provide exceptional brand visibility, as we anticipate another sell-out crowd of 400 attendees. All sponsorships include 8 tickets as well as a full or half-page ad in the program.
- $5,000 Presenting Sponsorship (SOLD) Logo included on all event promotional materials leading up to the event, “The 2026 Women Who Rock Awards Presented by YOUR COMPANY” as well as the opportunity to deliver opening welcome remarks, help present winners with the awards and pose for photo with each winner. Business logo is also incorporated into the banner used as stage background, providing visibility throughout the event and in all photos of speakers and winners. Full-page ad.
- Award Category Sponsor $2,500 (1 Available/5 SOLD): Business will be recognized in sales promotions leading up to the event as an event sponsor and a company representative will have a speaking opportunity at the event to introduce one of the award categories. Full-page ad.
- Program Sponsor $2,500: Business will be featured on the back cover of the official event program, and staff or team members have the opportunity to help greet guests and hand out the programs as guests arrive. Full-page ad.
- Reception Sponsor: $2,500 Business will be recognized in sales promotions leading up to the event as an event sponsor and a company representative will have a speaking opportunity at the end of the award ceremony to open the networking reception. Full-page ad.
- Photo Op Sponsorship $2,500: Multiple available. Exclusive branding on unique and beautiful step and repeat banner or photo experience. Half-page ad.
- Champagne Sponsor: $2,500 SOLD Everyone will be toasting your company as they enjoy complimentary glass of champagne during the reception. Branded signage at each of the bars. Half-page ad.
- Signature Drink (cocktail/mocktail option): $1,500 (two available) Everyone will be toasting your company as they enjoy complimentary cocktail/mocktail during the reception. Branded signage at each of the bars. Half-page ad.
- Lite Bite Sponsor: $1,000 SOLD Your business branding will be included on signage at each of the food station tables. Half-page ad.
- Event Sponsorship $1,000: (multiple available) Businesses who sponsor the event at this impactful donation level receive marketing benefits, including a half-page ad, verbal recognition from the podium and inclusion in the slide presentation.
- Event Sponsorship $500: (multiple available) Businesses who sponsor the event at this impactful donation level receive marketing benefits, including a quarter-page ad, verbal recognition from the podium and inclusion in the slide presentation.
In-Kind Donations: Donations of products and services from sponsors and community supporters valued at $50 or more may be used in fun and engaging signature raffles and prizes. All in-kind donors will be listed in the program, as well as receive verbal recognition from the podium and inclusion in the slide presentation. Small gift packages or certificates are ideal; have fun with this unique marketing opportunity!
