Women Who Rock 2026
Our signature award event is hosted in Brevard every March, in honor of Women’s History Month. This beloved community event will take place Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 at the Hilton Rialto and we anticipate another sell-out crowd of 400 attendees.
Several sponsorship opportunities are available that provide both brand visibility and exceptional networking, all while helping elevate the profile of outstanding women leaders in our community. Sponsors are also invited to a VIP reception usually held a week or so before the main event, for the honorees to network and connect in more intimate setting.
- $5,000 Presenting Sponsorship Logo included on all event promotional materials leading up to the event, “The 2026 Women Who Rock Awards Presented by YOUR COMPANY” as well as the opportunity to deliver opening welcome remarks and help present the winners with the award and pose for photo with each winner. Business logo is also incorporated into the banner used as stage background, providing visibility throughout the event and in all photos of speakers and winners. 8 registrations for staff or clients to attend as well as a full-page ad in the program.
- Award Category Sponsor $2,500: A company representative will have a speaking opportunity at the event to introduce one of the award categories. Sponsorship includes logo placement in sales promotions leading up to the event as an event sponsor and 8 registrations for staff or clients to attend as well as a full-page ad in the program. 5 award categories available.
- Event Sponsors: $1,000, $500 and $250 brand recognition at the event in event signage and on screen, 1/2 page, 1/4 page, business card size ad in the event program and 6, 4, or 2 registrations. (respectively)
- Honoree Reception Sponsor: Opportunity to host or sponsor a private reception for the 2026 Award Nominees and event sponsors. $1,500 cash or in-kind.
- WWR Reception Sponsorships: New in 2026, the main award event will be in the afternoon 2pm – 4pm and end with a networking reception 4pm – 6pm. This opens new sponsorship opportunities including:
- Networking Reception Presenting Sponsor: $3,000 Brand recognition in pre-event promotion and event signage, full-page ad in the program and 8 registrations. Company representative will have an opportunity to close out the main event and invite everyone to stay for networking and fellowship!
- Signature Drink (cocktail/mocktail option): $1,000 Everyone will be toasting your company as they enjoy complimentary cocktail/mocktail during the reception
- Photo Op Sponsorships: Multiple available. $2,500 exclusive branding, $1,000 shared branding on unique and beautiful photo step and repeat banners.

Since 2012, we have proudly organized the Women Who Rock Awards in Brevard County to shine a spotlight on local women who are accomplishing remarkable feats and leading through their actions.
