weVENTURE's Women's Business Center Program provides no cost, one-on-one consultations, and no-cost and low-cost business education and purposeful networking opportunities to entrepreneurs in Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.
The Women's Business Center Program is funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Because we are federally funded, we do not discriminate based on race or gender and our FREE business coaching services are available to all entrepreneurs. In fact, about 20% of our clients are male or family partnerships.

Business Coaching Services
Whether you are a current business owner or are new to entrepreneurship, you will want the tools and resources to help you identify and overcome common barriers to effectively reach your optimal potential. Our no-cost consultations allow you to meet with an experienced Coach and Business Development Specialist who will guide you through the entrepreneurial journey. The weVENTURE Women's Business Center Program at Florida Tech's Nathan M. Bisk College of Business provide these services to entrepreneurs in our community.
The weVENTURE Women's Business Center offers a business coaching program that assists start-ups and established business owners who could benefit from one-on-one counseling sessions with experienced business coaches who provide positive support, feedback and advice to help them confidently manage their business.
Our Business Coaching Program offers an accountability element in support of entrepreneurs and includes one or more of the following activities:
- At the first consultation, your assigned business coach will get to know you, your business challenges and opportunities. Your coach will then develop an Individual Entrepreneur Plan (IEP) that recommends one or more of the following activities:
- coach led exercise of the Business Model Canvas
- enrollment in a business education training course (when available)
- enrollment in a peer group (small group cohort sessions)
- "homework" or other specific tasks to help you stay on track
- referral to other resource partners and community services
- Clients are invited to schedule 30-minute follow-up counseling sessions when assigned "homework" or tasks are completed, or schedule monthly 15 minute check-ins to help with accountability and progress.
- This is a program designed to offer long-term, ongoing counseling support to business owners and entrepreneurs. As your business progresses, weVENTURE WBC coaches can help provide clarity to make data-driven decisions on next steps.
- Business coaches can help answer questions and provide the guidance on business fundamentals to support entrepreneurs and help develop a strong business model for success based on your strengths.

Our coaching clients also grow in the areas of personal development and accountability, business planning and development and leadership.
These coaching sessions are offered at no-cost and are completely confidential, thanks to funding from the US Small Business Administration.
Business Education
weVENTURE WBC offers a variety of quality business education webinars, seminars and classes that assist entrepreneurs in managing and growing their businesses. These events are low- or no-cost and open to anyone in the community to join.
